Being an MLM Leader. MLM Leadership is tough sometimes. A window of opportunity won’t open itself. The following Philosophy will help calm some nerves. Sometimes we are more focused on blaming others for our weaknesses than ourselves. A lot of times, we look at what our down line is NOT doing…and not ourselves, and in reality, they are duplicating us. We get into a “management” mode and expect the folks to go out & build, while we sit on our booty. Are you Prospecting?
Are you Contacting folks? Are you Following Up? Are you Training your people? Are you siitng on YOUR Behind too?
Take a look at what YOU are NOT doing, and then see if You have been duplicated in most instances you have. So what’s missing? Prospects? Activity? Focus? Belief? Follow Up? Resiliancy? Does your downline have adequate support from you?
Does your downline have the Tools they need?
Does your Downline have the system they need to recruit? There IS a REASON why the agreement you signed is called the “Independent Distributor” agreement in Network Marketing. If your downline is not doing anything, you can do 2 things: 1) You can provide the Leadership and Support they need and then get in the trenches and work with those who DESERVE it.
2) If you have done that, and they still are lifeless go get new people. It is a whole lot easier to give birth, then raise the dead.
3) An effective MLM Leader will share their opinions and ideas to their organization, see what is the response is and where in it’s training arena that it can be improve on.
4)We must learn to apply all that we know so that we can attract all that we want.
5) I remember saying to my mentor, “If I had more money, I would have a better plan.” He quickly responded, “I would suggest that if you had a better plan, you would have more money.” You see, it’s not the amount that counts; it’s the plan that counts. We can have more than we’ve got because we can become more than we are.
