Network Marketing, How To “Close” Your Prospects. So how do you close your prospects? Alot of folks ask me how do I close my prospects after they present an opportunity to their prospects. Well, try not to sell them, first of all. Here are a few things you can ask your prospects after they have reviewed the information you have mailed them or per your website. These questions will help you determine how serious they are in your opportunity.
This is a sorting business, and not everyone is a suitable entrepreneur if you will. Remember, some will, some won’t- next.
So here goes.
Question #1: ” Based on what you have just seen, if you were to get started, how much money would you like to earn part time”? (or full time if you are already talking to an seasoned networker, who might be looking into a NEW venture).
Question #2: ” How many hours to you think you can dedicate towards building this business weekly in order to develop that income”?
Question #3: ” How many months would you be able to invest in your new home business to develop that business”?
Question #4: Are you coachable?
“If I can show you you how to get to that dollar amount part time over the next 6 months (or whatever answer they gave you), is there anything else you need to know before we get started”?
Based on their answer see if the answer you get is reasonable o.k. Let them dictate what they want, coach them in the direction they are looking for in their mind. Let them sell the concept to themselves. Do not act as a salesrep. People need to like you before they join you also.
If they say to you, I’m not interested? Ask them, “Why do you say that”? or is this one of those Jungle Drink Amway things?
Ask them, “What happened to you..tell me your story”. Wait for the answer and take it from there. They are using a defense mechanism against their dream,however, will not admit to it. They are in that comfort zone- you know- get home from work, watching T.V. etc. and only dreaming of another weekend. Maybe hit the next lotto drawing. The trappings of their lifestyles are often that, just traps. They are so stuck in it, they only dream of a better life,however,so few are will to do anything to change it. In order for things to get better, you have to get better. Things will not change unless you do.
Turkeys do not go to eagle school. You might have to talk to 100 people to get that 1 person who can begin to change your downline. Yes, it is a pain-but worth it. Quitting is not an option.Winners never quit and quitters never win. Which will you decide to be? Let others lead small lives,but not you. Look at the postage stamp, its usefulness consists in the ability to stick to one thing until it gets there. You can get there if you are willing to pay the price. Don’t settle for less.
